“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service. Penelope was very nervous at first—crying and trying to get back to me—but the groomers were incredibly patient and calm with her. They took their time, comforted her, and completely turned her around. By the time she came out, she was relaxed and happy, and they handled her nail trim without any issues, which is rare for her. You can tell they truly love what they do. I’ll definitely be back and recommending them to everyone.”

She also made sure my puppy was comfortable and not scared (as It was her first grooming experience). She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me😁! Already scheduled her next appointment!!”
